Our Story
MN COPPER STRIPS PVT LTD is one of the producers of speciality cold rolled strips in a wide range of Copper And copper alloys. Establishing in 2016, MNCS is planning to manufacture copper and copper alloy strips from Dec 2018. By continuous investment in equipment and technology, the company is planning for speciality Copper alloys strips, blanks and cups. Company’s premium and high-performance products cater to worldwide customers in automotive, switchgear, electronics, communications, electrical, decorative, ammunition coinage and other engineering industries.
The plant is planning to set up in RAKAMCHARLA- (Telangana ) where copper alloy strips/ sheet/ foils will be manufactured. Approximately – 1200-2400 ton per Year( Phase-1), Plant location 65 Km from HYDERABAD- VIKARABAD – BIJAPUR ROAD, Planning to commence commercial production in Dec 2018.
Copper (ETP & DHP) manufacturing facility, And also set up Marketing offices at HYDERABAD and MUMBAI, Apart from the normal copper zinc & Copper Tin alloy ranges. A well-equipped modern laboratory and an independent quality assurance system ensure tight process control. A carefully structured system of frequent checks and statistically determined techniques build quality in our process & ensures that customers’ requirements are fully met. Our products will be tested for Standard tolerances and other quality parameters as per national or international standard specifications and as per customer’s specifications We will go for ISO 9001:2008 Quality certification and ISO 14001:2004 EMS, ISO / TS 16949:2009 Certification for our Plant.
